Payments
All invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt. A 1 1/2% monthly service charge is payable on all overdue balances. The grant of any license or usage
right is conditioned on receipt of full payment. Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.

But back to the matter at hand.

I've never had to put in writing net 30 or any other number. That should have been agreed to before. If it was then just add it as a reminder if agreed. You should have been forthright and made a polite reminder as to the previous late payment.

Or...to get that check up and rolling step on your contact, tell em to not have the similar situation happen again, you need the check expedited as to create future amazing situations that will have you waiting for more work with a smile. Often enough, just put "please remit net 30 and give the date sent on __/__/__" the invoice matching the cut off date.

As well put that at the top of your invoice.

As well your invoice should have.

From: Your address

To: There Address

Payable to: Your address

Send to: Your address

Drill your name and address into there heads if you've haven't already.
