In the Background of a Crappy Web Show

so let's say you see a bunch of your old posters prominently displayed in the background of shots in a soon to be Web TV show, and you think "hey, no one asked me!"

someone should of asked me, right? should i pursue trying to contact these people? i don't really think there's money involved, or want any, but i would like to at least see what's up.

and then you realize said show will probably be terrible.

vastagh, i'd be willing to bet some of your stuff will be in there too.

I am kind of the belief that once someone buys something... they can do whatever they want to with it. Plus... if they were gigposters, I could see the band maybe wanting to know in case the show is endorsing something opposite of what they support... but even then... do shows have to run everything they decorate the set with by who made it?

That being said... Disney contacted Punchgut, Dwitt, Gil and myself when they used our gigposter poster in the kid's room in Sky High and made us sign off on some shite which was kinda weird.
