The company we will be working with will seek licensing on any photos or images we may or may not use. I guess they want this to cover if someone claims they had the same idea or something is too close to another work??

we have that added into our regular biz insurance. i think about $50,000 worth. We use American Family Insurance, i got a good deal insuring my house and biz with them.
