    Default The right to sell trademark parody items upheld

    Interesting story, Walmart got slapped down in court for trying to shut down a guy selling WalQueda and WAL-o-Caust stuff.

    WalMart spent 200k just on one witness to say there would be trademark confusion. Judge didn't buy it.

    Years ago, the Oreo folks sued a XXX company because their packaging for a title looked too much like the bag design...they called it "restraint of trade", IIRC...
