My brother sent me this picture from a bar, not a venue, in Des Moines, Iowa called The Liar's Club



Those aren't actual posters, (and from other pics on the clubs website I can see more posters being used but can't make out what they are)but some kind of tiled out grid printed big and plastered to the wall. I was not asked permission for my work to be used as a decoration in this bar, nor did they buy the posters to decorate the bar. They just swiped it, and used it.


What do I do?

It's in Des Moines... nobody is going to see it anyway...

I think Frank makes a good point... if they like your work enough to copy it and put it on their wall... tell them in lieu of taking it down, that since they like your work, shoot you some gigs.

Win win... your work stays up, you get some extra work and they get some good flyers.

If you ask them to remove it they will probably just tell you they took it down and leave it up anyway.
