Default Contracts and Liability

I'm putting together an agreement between a nightclub and myself for a standing poster deal. I want to release myself from any potential bad situations by adding a "liability release" at the end. Any tips from the pros out there? I'm not sure how to word it and would love to see how others have done this. Here's another question for those who design/print for a club on a regular basis: Are the bands and their management ever signing off these contracts or are they strictly with the club? Clause for selling after the show?
