hey guys, just ran into http://www.reverbcity.com/camisetas.aspx?op=4 and found that they ripped off my pretty girls make graves poster.

Looks like they're Brazilian... anything I can do about it?

I haven't contacted them yet as I'm not sure what tone I can take (it's not like I licensensed the Morton Salt Girl image). Plus, if anyone wears that shirt everyone else will be like "why are you wearing a fake Jawbreaker shirt? Douche bag." Which is why I didn't follow through with t-shirts myself...

I mean, it's Brazil. Seems like a whole lotta fight to get them to cease-and-desist. It does, however, suck that they're doing it.

as you didn't create the morton salt girl, as you said, you probably don't have any sort of leg to stand on. international law is sort of hard or non-existant on something like this.

if i were you, i'd let the band know, and see if they want to try to shut it down.
