    Default Album title infringing copyright?

Recently I did an EP cover for a local band. They decided to title the EP 'In Miracle World'....
anyway, all of a sudden they've gotten worried that calling it this could cause a copyright issue with Sega... since they got the name from the Sega Master System 2 game 'Alex Kidd in Miracle World'.
I'm fairly certain there's not an issue, and it'll take a bit of work to actually change the title in the various places on the cover to 'Miracle World'.

someone's bound to know the answer here.
    thanks!
