IF YOU OPENED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT BETWEEN OCTOBER 1999 AND JANUARY 2004, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO A PAYMENT FROM A CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT...."

I seems there is a class action against the restrictions that they ( paypal ) have placed on certain accounts, or even useage. Paypal have been good for me,...
