One of my profs, who's currently in a lawsuit with disney&target over similar vein of plagiarism seemed to think he had a pretty strong case, so probably. I agree that jimbo doesn't have many choices that don't paint him in a somewhat greedy light.

rereading that i realize i phrased it so it sounds like jimbo would be ruining his own cred, i meant jeremy scott. however, jeremy tweaked all the images enough it seems. he closed the mouth of of the roskopp deck and the death deck now is a smiley face, changed some left hanging eyeballs to the right, they're obvious rip-offs, shitty ones at that, that guy SHOULD get his ass sued or have that scene in 'KIDS' reenacted on him.
