i'd ditch that one. i had a run in with them many years back, they play a lot harder then simply C&D "knock it off".

Yeah my brother told me that they made a small wine co. named Budini change their name to Bodini because they trademarked the use of "Bud" for alcoholic beverages.

am I missing something? or did they possibly change the images? these two designs look nothing alike nor can I see anything completely original about either one? saying one is based of the other (going either way) is not even a stretch. I drew a skeleton on a beach drinking a bear when I was in grade 9 some 30 years ago... both ripped me off...
