    Default PayPal Policy updates 2010

anyone here keen on or good at financial jargon and wading through terms and conditions?

I'll admit this is a a little lazy of me (gotta zip out to work) - but so far I've only given the paypal policy update a skim - aside from a few specific territorial issues with 'personal' money transfers, all I can see is the 3rd party information sharing (surprise surprise - fuckers)...

anyone given THIS a thorough read and spotted anything else that requires attention/consideration?

    thanks

I'm behind myself, but the only thing I've seen come up here is that Paypal policies for buyer returns and chargebacks are a bit more liberal than the protection they give their sellers.

makes sense to my cynical side, they get to handle and skim the money twice that way...

that said, its good for buyers to feel a little more secure I suppose

    anyone else trawled through?

its a weakness of mine (though I do endeavour not to blindly agree with stuff)
sometimes I manage get just 3 sentances into contractual legal bumph and finding myself considering a complete rejection of modern society, opting instead for a life surviving on pizza crusts in a skip.
