Maybe a dumb question, but I'm completely new to the world of contracts and such and am trying to get more serious about my freelance work.
When doing a contract with someone in another state, how do you guys usually handle the signing.
Is a scan of your signature alright? In bigger business's, I've seen that sometimes the signature is just a file that's attached to the areas where it's needed to be signed.
Do you mail it to the client and then have them mail it back to you and then re-mail them their copy?
Sorry if these questions are no brainers...
