Default TORN - work for hire

So i recieved this work for hire contract for a shirt design i did and am having a hard time putting my signature to it. The moneys not amazing but i'm broke so I probably will go with it against my better judgement.
This is the first one and I will have consistent ongoing work with this company in the future. I feel I might be able to negotiate better terms for the next designs but still, starting out a new working relationship this way just feels wrong.
Its easy fun work and easy money, they supply a slogan and I interpret it either purely typographicly or through an image, so i'm not entirely selling a total creation or idea.
Anyway heres the contract - it seems pretty exploitive and i'm hesitant (but poor)
Companys name goes in the " "

    I __________________________
agree to sell my graphic design for the shirt :________________________outright to " ", Inc. for $______. By signing this contract I agree that the submitted graphic is solely my own creation and that it is not protected by copyright in any way.

In selling this graphic design to " " Inc. I agree that I am relinquishing any copyrights or rights that I maintain in regards to the design. At the completion of this contract my idea will be " " sole property and I will have no right to use the idea in a commercial way. " " grants me the right to use my design in any promotional ways I choose as long as it is in a non-competitive manner. " " will immediately become the owner of the copyright at the completion of this contract and will in no way have to provide me with any future payments or contracts.

The graphic design that I am selling to " ", Inc. may include but not be limited to words, phrases, pictures, drawings, sketches, colors and concepts. " ", Inc. may manipulate, change, add to or remove any elements they choose from the submitted graphic by their own discretion.

Totoally depends on the art and the company and most importantly how many zeros.
