so i make these wiskullsin t-shirts (WiSKULLSiN — Home) and somebody wants to get the file from me to make a car decal and she wants to know how much i'd charge. i got no idea. she's talking about one car, not printing a bunch of em or anything like that...what's a fair price for something like that?
and i think it's pretty cool she actually took the time to look me up, because she's very capable of just scanning the thing and taking it to a print shop.

Does this person have distro channels in place?
What about you producing them and selling the stickers to the person at a distributor rate.
