Join us at the Andrew Rafazc Gallery, with the [Andy Mueller, Justin Fines. Chris Eichenseer, Cody Hudson] show as a backdrop, for a lecture series involving prominent personalities in the independent arts community. The Public Works speaker series is a live knowledge base for those making a life in the independent arts. We're bringing internationally recognized artists and creative entrepreneurs to speak to what we know to be true: when art makes work and work makes art, everyone benefits.
Our guests will discuss the creation and continued success of their endeavor, introduce their work, share stories relating to the work and their processes. Each speaker will talk for an hour followed by a question and answer period. The night is meant to educate and inspire, and to answer the basic questions "What do you do?", "How do you manage to do this?", and"What does this bring to the community at large?"
