speaking not as a judge, but as someone who has asked a couple questions of the organizers:
i have confirmed with them: all standard printing techniques are acceptable. they do NOT want digital prints. any 'production' technique is fine - screenprint, offset, letterpress, (wood block?) are acceptable. it appears that the dimension restrictions are also not what i would call 'strict'. an inch or two here probably won't matter. they are trying to avoid a million submissions of 11 x 17 digital prints. this will be a huge show.

what about 16x20 posters....Thats what most of mine are and I would like to submit but the dimensions are right above that.
