What about having artists design a set of labels for bags of coffee? Get 10 artists to do different labels, the only way to get all ten is to order ten pounds of coffee. I'm sure I'm not the only one who digs getting different kinds of coffee from different places in a maniacal attempt to have at least one cup of every kind... plus it helps the farmers actually make the money, rather than just have it deposited. I think it would make for some cool art, plus you get coffee when you buy it, the farmers make money doing their thing, everybody wins. It's a cool charity, seems like you could broaden the appeal and make a bigger difference.

Are Peruvian children sturdy enough to pull a chariot? I like to go fast, so I'd be shooting for some of those eastern bloc mutant olympians' kids... Although a 12 pack of Peruvians is probably easier to store and feed than 8 genetically "enhanced" mongoloid Ukrainian plow-pullers.... but I digress...
This is a really cool idea... I dunno if we could organize it this time around (I'm actually not sure mugshots sells whole beans, I should look into it), but an excellent idea for down the road. Thanks!

Hey Chuck, the show will be up in June, and I know from past experience they often like holding openings on Thursday night, so my preliminary guess is the opening will be June 5th. I think Jill also wants to move the show to their other shop in Manayunk (just outside Philly) in July to increase the exposure.

No problem Chuck, I'll get the concrete info soon, but it should be that first week of June. It'd be very cool if you could make it to the opening.

I'm really looking forward to this one Chris, I really like your idea behind the print.
