Dead Wood: Print Folio Inspired by MIlch's Deadwood Series

Aesthetic Apparatus is pleased to announce the release of "Dead Wood", a printmaking folio exchange inspired by David Milch's original HBO series "Deadwood." In conjunction with the upcoming Mid-America Print Council (MAPC) Conference in Minneapolis from October 13-16, Aesthetic Apparatus has coordinated a 20-artist print portfolio that will be on display and for sale at Aesthetic Apparatus' studio. The folio exchange is comprised of 20 notable midwestern artists/printmakers including:

Along with the print exhibit, Aesthetic Apparatus will be screening the Deadwood series in it's entirety at their studio during the length of the Conference. This event is open to the public. Guests are welcome to attend the kick-off on October 13th from 9-11PM, or stop by the studio any day during the conference, view the art, purchase a print, watch some Deadwood, enjoy some canned peaches, swear a lot, and partake in Deadwood appropriate libations.
