We at Nicademus art are really happy to announce the upcoming show "Gone Bye Bye". This is the second installment of collaborative artwork by Christopher Bowman and DWITT. Opening May 8th,"Gone Bye Bye" brings together local mixed-media artists Christopher Bowman and DWITT at St. Paul's Nicademus Art and Framing.
Bowman, a visually arresting illustrator and mixed media artist creates works that border on neurosis, while DWITT, primarily an illustrator and painter, has an instantly recognizable style that draws on his experiences in the rich traditions of graphic novels and rock posters, utilizing his mastery of expressive line work.
Their first collaboration found great success, creating nearly 200 solo and collaborative pieces. This follow up collaboration promises to up the ante, and will include screen prints, paintings, four foot panels of excruciatingly small illustrations, and drawings on used cookware.

The opening reception will also feature a live performance by Burnsville's greatest export, 20 Dollar Love.

we've also got a painting so big we may have to rent a truck to haul it to the gallery.
Chris' new work freaks me out he's been working on it so regularly for so long. It's hypnotic and terrifying.

We're both losing our minds a bit producing work for this show. It would be nice if people showed up to see our minds off with a good party.

Today we're moving the big painting to the gallery. 4 feet 10 inches by 6ft 1 inch. Pure fun!
