this is the worst experience i have ever had with a "gallery",
emails ignored, posters returned months late and ruined, many tears have been shed

What the eff is it with Boston galleries? I am having the same issues with Art Asylum and the return of my pieces from the Star Wars show.

Well. They responded:

Hi, I will double check this for you asap, we sent them out before we relocated, I will check and make sure they did not get retruned to us for any reason, either way I will make sure we either get them back out to you asap! or reimburse you the full cost asap.
