The Exhibitor Contract that each participant has signed also states that, with the exception of the 15th of August being given as the deadline. The reason for the 15th is that I must have time to give the promo posters to the API street team so that they may be used for promotion for at least two weeks before the first day of FS.
I believe this to be completely reasonable and was agreed on at the member meeting in Seattle 2008. The main intention of event posters is to promo the event in which they were created. I am sorry that I can't satisfy everyone with this rule but my intention is for the good of the group.
