I worked too many late nights leading up to FS, then I was burning screens late Saturday night while y'all ate dead crabs. Plus the combination of pizza + falafel + ice cream = the worst hangover I've ever had. Without the joy of getting drunk.Ahem. I am the prettiest, Rick died Tuesday morning, and Kevin is actually Serbo-Croation.

I just got home a little bit ago. As in, a few hours ago. If anyone wants to know the loooooong way to Minneapolis from Seattle, I think I can remember most of the ridiculous turns that Jes and I took while wandering off the interstate (for some reason). Thankfully though, I can now add "narrowly avoids buffalo collisions" to my ever-growing list of arbitrary credentials.
This was our first Seattle Flatstock, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. We were directly surrounded by total radness (naduval, dirk fowler, those Burlesque people) for three straight days, and otherwise surrounded by awesome old friends and sweet folks we barely knew. How cool is that? And we covered the cost of the trip, even after the bonus 24 hours through the mountains, so that's good too. Anything to get those business cards in the hands of the tweens of the Pacific Northwest...one of them actually told Jes that she had to collect them for a school project, and then got totally busted by her friend for being a liar.
