Doublenaut

As anticipated there are no double booths. Each tent comes with no more than 2 vendor passes total. For shared tents, that's one per exhibitor. Please plan accordingly.

Those interested in serving in the API volunteer corps, talk to Ron Vinion.

Gregg Gordon of Gigart is the artist for our catalog this year. Big thanks Gregg.
Any of you who have not already supplied Geoff with an image, please do so ASAP.

Those of you who wish to ship your posters ahead of time, please send them to the Crosshair HQ. Please tell me if you're doing so. Do NOT leave this to the last minute.
Flatstock posters should be shipped to the same address. Send 10-15 and we'll put them up. The sooner the better...FS posters recieved 4 days before Flatstock do no good.

Thanks for the list, Dan. I've posted it on the API Facebook page as well.

does each tent have one vendor/table/studio booth this year, or still the old fashioned and awesome double-wide circus tents with one studio per table, but 2 /vendors/tables/studios per tent?

i was confused by the wording, sorry. i probably just added more confusion to the mix. can't wait!

I should have said booth instead of tent.
Let me spell it out.
Same tents as in previous years. 10x20'. Two 10x10' exhibitor spaces in each.
Each of those exhibitors (i.e., "strawberry luna") gets vendor access for two (2) persons.
That's Alison plus one helper.
UNLESS two exhibitors are sharing a single 10x10' space. Then each gets 1 pass and no extras.

I had always got a double booth...so how did people split up their booths with the other artist in their booth? Hang cardboard down the middle or just leave it open? Just curious...I would probably want 3 walls to fill...if possible.

How do we get our passes? Picked up somewhere? Mailed to us? etc

Assuming it's like last year: Friday you just go to the vendor entrance and your name(s) will be on a list. For Saturday and Sunday you'll need wristbands and those can be picked up at Crosshair during the day Friday, or on site at load-in Saturday morning.

People do it any number of ways... we will have some extra cardboard so you can be creative, though not enough for 3 full walls. Keep in mind that it's much easier for browsing if there's some openness between halves of a tent. A 10x10" cubicle with cardboard on all sides is not so inviting to customers, and has bad sightlines for passers by.
