Everybody! This is important.

I need to submit staff lists.
If you did not list the names of ALL persons who will be working your booth when you registered, I need those now. If there have been any changes, I need to know.
If you have different people on different days, I need to know who will be there on which day. Friday included (no Flatstock obviously, but for the music if you're going.)

Remember- and we've said this a thousand times, and I'm sure someone will claim to be surprised- You get no more than two names TOTAL (including yourself!) per day, per single 10x10" space. Since there are no doubles, this means everybody.
Those of you splitting a single get one person: yourself.

This year, instead of getting wristbands from us in advance, you will go to the vendor entrance and check in for your wristbands, each day.
If your name is not on the list, you will not get in.

So, Please get me those names! Your name, and your helper. Names, not aliases. "Daniel Danger" does not cut it.

I need them no later than this Friday, July 10th.
If I don't hear from you, I will refer to what it says on your registration, and that will be that.

Be on the lookout for load-in info and other gossip, coming soon!

Are API vols going on that list as well? If I recall right, we were on the list 2 of the years but took a bit of debating on the other...

Some of you yes, but some will be on a different list.
Ron or I will let you know.

I have some questions because this is my first Pitchfork Flatstock. I couldn't find straight answers on the internet.

Are the wristbands good for all shows on all days?
Can the public attend Flatstock without wristbands?

Thanks

wristbands get you into the festival all three days. friday wristbands can be picked up from crosshair, a couple blocks from the park. wait to see what dan (crosshair) says to confirm this.
No. It's different this year. See my message a few posts up.
Flatstock artists need to go to the vendor check-in entrance, each day, to get that day's wristband. There is a different one each day.

Kevin, did you get my email yesterday?
