If it's the mylar sleeves you are talking about, the ones I use to ship in come in 250/bx from Uline.

I already have sleeves. But I need some of those tube bag poster condom things like Slater uses.

from the looks of it the roll of plastic tubing is really the easiest to deal with.

i'm trying the 4" this year instead of the bags.
