Deadline... well, the event starts on 3/15 and I don't really start postering until a couple of weeks before that, so how about March 1st.

e.g. dates/times/location/FREE admission/ might be obvious, but what about "the API presents" only? or and does yaris want or need co-sponsorhip naming?

I encourage an API member to correct the following info if it is wrong:

16th and 17th (11am-6pm)

FREE ADMISSION
(also, adding something descriptive like "gigposter convention" or "rock art explosion" or "poster tsunami" is helpful. not everyone knows what Flatstock is yet!)

As far as including Yaris, I don't think we need to do that. Geoff?
