This year Bumbershoot is requiring that every FLATSTOCK exhibitor sign an insurance waiver. Each signed waiver must be received by Laura Stalions (address is in email). NO LATER THAN JULY 27th. Bumbershoot has told us that anyone whose signed waiver hasn't been received by that date will not be allowed to participate in this year's Bumbershoot FLATSTOCK. For anyone who has already paid the booth fee but is unfortunately excluded from Bumbershoot because he or she doesn't return the signed waiver on time, we will try to get a refund.

just a heads-up, a lot of API'ers are using POWWEB, and their email has been shit for about a month now. it might not hurt to send out a second mailing, just in case.
