update your email address with the API

After I sent out the API email about voting for new board members, I got about 30 bounce-backs.

If you didn't get the email, why don't you take a second to email at the address below and tell me your email address. I'll send the voting email as soon as I get it.

also, i mailed out the FS4 poster and my contracts to you this morning.

Many of those bounce backs are probably due to the method you guys are using for sending out these bulk emails. Most systems will detect them as spam. You really need to set up and use some mailing software that sends out single emails to each individual person, instead of 1 email to everyone. (just tryin' to help)

I know some of the emails haven't made it through to me. I just got the first email about FS 10 hotels .. and in the email it says that another email was sent out before (but I never got that one)

This is something that we can easily help with. We send out bulk mailings (html or text based) for a lot of our clients and we have the proper software etc so if after you talk to the board, you would like to take this route I am volunteering my time to either send these for you guys or direct you to the correct software and teach you how to send these (its very easy)
