Cheap, if you don't mind college fucks and bedbugs. Probably would work better for someone that doesn't have thousands of dollars in posters.

this place is NOT fancy, but accounts i've got from people who've stayed there are that it's clean and fine, especially considering the price

$72 for two people in two double bed, add'l $5 per person.

PLEASE NOTE - this place is NOT close to union park, and would require a good-ish cab ride ($15 i'm guessing) to get to the park or the friday night FS party. this is sort of in the middle of not much, city-wise. if you plan on taking cabs (or driving), this might be the place for you.

the hostel, posted above in this thread, is a great idea, and while it's still not NEAR union park, it is a lot closer, and it's DOWNTOWN, which is neat if you haven't been to chicago before. all accounts i've heard are that this is a good hostel. a short cab ride or a long walk from the park. use your mapquests to guage the distance.

if i find anything else, i'll let you know.

We're crashing with friends in Chicago, so no CSI suite for us (hopefully).
