Hey Folks,

Bonnaroo has invited the API to set up shop at the upcoming 2006 festival in Tennessee. The set up will be very similar to Vegoose but very long hours and camping.

Prices per booth and accommodations are being worked out and they want to set up 10 to 12 booths. Vegoose was the same and very successful for the artists that made the trip. Huge crowds plus few artists means lots of money to spread around.

There will be more detailed e-mails from the API board in the very near future just want those who may be interested to start thinking about it. Jay Ryan will be there representing the API board.

Dates are June 16-18

the hours will be long - they want booths open from 9am until 3am at least. booth fees will be higher than fs level. you will be responsible for bringing your own tent to sleep in. tents for showing posters will be provided with the booth fees.

are the sleeping areas and sales area adjacent? do you sleep where you sell?

i believe (though i do not know) that the "camping" area is away from the vendor area.
