I really had a great and memorable trip this time. The drive there was fucking silly insane, but the people and the event more than made up for it. Just want to say thanks to some folks who really went above and beyond to 'entertain' me.
Jared & Jennifer Connor are the best. They gave me the star treatment with a mini apartment. I could make coffee, watch tv, have sex with myself....whatever. It was really sweet of you guys to put me up and I felt right at home. I won't soon forget the great time I had at your place.
Getting to hang out for a week with the Connors, Gil Wadsworth, Rene, Mike Fisher, Mike Murphy, All four Andys: Andy Stern, Andrew-how-do-you-spell-Vastagh (?), Andy Up, Andy Mack. Justin, Wally, Jeph, Joshua, Ocho Loco, Lindsey Kuhn, Jeral Tidwell, Billy Perkins, Tuffy and Dustin Wallace were all simply a real blast.
Being served drinks by the one and only 8Ball at his "Corner Pocket" was awesome. We have much in common and he's my punk rock hero. The Ball family rule. Dude's got a damn nightclub in his fucking house.
Huge thanks to John A for setting me up with a new massive Kozik/Coop/Kuhn/Uncle Charlie collection as well as his great hospitalty and poop coffee.
Big thanks and appreciation to Geoff Peveto, Jennifer, and the API folks for making this another easy FS for me. I made bank, stayed drunk and just had a great time because you make it easy.
If I left out anyone....like Bobby Dixon, then I apologize. I'm still shaking the road (and a buzz) off!
Getting to draw on Stallion's ass was nice too
