is there anything conrete yet?

as far as the actual days of flatstock and hours?

also, was wondering the total table price as an API member?
any other incurred costs of showing there?

i think i can swing it...i just need to get it figured out VERY soon.

there is no precise booth cost yet determined

api membership is $35 for renewals, $40 for new members

i expect the booth fee to be somewhere between $150 to $200 but dont hold me to that... this is being negotiated and note that the setup is a bit different this year (3 days versus 2 days last year etc)

i would think set up is thursday morning but nothing is set in stone yet and we are unlikely to make any official announcement until we have signed contracts with sxsw
