Flatstock Poster Specs

I know that somewhere buried in all these threads there is specs for the Flatstock poster ie. API, SXSW have to be included (not Included?) Usage of SXSW etc etc etc etc

So I'm sitting here trying to actually get this thing done in way in advance...yes I know a novel idea, especially for me and I'm down o adding all the detail crap.

So can anyone direct me to that post or know the specs?
