    Default Flatstock Myspace

    I really liked the idea of having a Myspace account for Flatstock...
    So I made one...

    I figure, it could have all the info we wanted on it...with updates...and is just one more way of promoting the event...I was hoping everyone with a Myspace account would ask to be added...we could get a bunch now...and then in the next few months...pass the word to others...I can put out bulletins every once in a while, that all the added people could see...

    This is not to replace www.flatstock.com at all...just another way to promote it...

    I have put up a few posters and photos and info...for now...but will work on it a bit more and update it when there is info...

    I just grabbed a few posters and photos of people that have been in flatstock before...I hope no one minds...and is just to get it started...

    And please ask to be added on Myspace...and not here...so I can just accept and you will be on....

    I think this is a good idea and just another way to promote the event...I hope no one minds that I did this...let me know...

    Also, once you get enough "buddies" lined up, you could also start a Flatstock "group" on myspace...for things such as updates, mini-discussions for people who would rather live on there then say, coming on here or the flatstock site..

    Yeah, I thought other than just the people that hang here at gigposters...who are on myspace...everyone can tell others about Flatstock on Myspace...I may go after people whose profile says they are in Austin...and try to get them to check it out...and be added...plus the many bands and labels on there...

    this is a much better way for joe-average-sxsw/bumbershoot-attendee to stumble upon info about flatstock on the web than this website, flatstock.com and api combined.
