flatstock- the customs hassles
hey we are bringing our posters on the plane with us and i didn't really think about but does anyone think we'll have a hard time?
they are all packed and bubbled wraped in a large portfolio case. we have a total of 200, many we plane to swap and give away. we were just gonna tell em we are going to poster convention and to meet with gallery people as both are true. think documentation will make it easier? frank do u have any kinda official flatstock letterhead or anything? what about the gallery guy? maybe we could be faxed something if it's not too late/much trouble. i have no idea what to expect. when we drive, bringing art is never a prob, they are more concerened about boooze and drugs and since we don't do either we never have troubles.

if they ask say it's promotional stuff. do NOT declare it on your customs form. dress normal. do NOt mention anything about a convention etc. your going on a vacation.
