Growing old, trying to hold on to a semblance of youthful activity playing in a band, finishing up 6 years as marketing director of a music festival, and blissfully unaware that any of you clowns actually existed.

Me six. Flatstock 1, a few color offset posters and a whole bunch of black and white flyers. Living in LA in the H-Wood hills. It's all gotten weirder since then. And that was pretty weird.

I was living in Santa Rosa(actually rohnert park), playing in a band(which is what got me into designing flyers and screenprinting), had a red mohawk, just started my first screenprinting course at the local junior college, my wife at the time was in rehab, and I was sleeping on friends couches... damn, Ive come a long way

I'd say I was probably stoned out of my "gourd" too. This is Laura.

I was studying for the LSAT because I was sick of screenprinting and had no future making art.

I had just started university doing Fine Art with no real idea what i was going to do after.
I was majorly into Wes Wilson/Moscoso/Hapshash etc..and I remember getting really excited finding that book SWAG and hearing about flatstock and what was happening in the USA and wanted a piece of that. Very proud of the scene and community that has built up in the UK and Europe. Some of my closest friends i've met through making posters. In fact, Alex (my wife) and I met after we were commissioned to do different days posters for a festival. POSTERS POSTERS POSTERS
