Printer problems

I bought a new printer for the house. It's an Epson-Work Force 30
I installed the driver and when I go to print it defaults to the new printer but it's not advancing the paper. I'm not getting any kind of printer error.
I also checked for updates on Epson and tells me I have the current driver.
