PS CS 3 Error Messages

Is there any way to get them to be more detailed?

I'm getting really sick of trying to save a .PNG and being told no, because of "a program error"

Not enough RAM? Full disc? Jupiter aligned with Mars?

Just a LITTLE specificity would be great!

just close the program and reopen, it happens to me when i try to make a bitmap, the restart of the program works.
