How do you convert inches to Square feet

So I can figure out what to charge per sq ft

Example: 286"x 46"

divide by 12

h (in inches) x w (in inches) divided by 144 = sq feet

so I times 286x46=13156 then divide by 144 Right

286 linear inches x 46 linear inches = 13,156 square inches

13,156 square inches divided by 144 (square inches per square foot) = 91.36111 square feet.
