help: LEOPARD/GUTENPRINT/ETHERNET/EPSON 3000

Okay. I hate doing this to someone but:
-I would wish to configure an Epson 3000 to print with LEOPARD via ETHERNET connection to the printer.
-I know I must use Gutenprint and have the driver.
-Would anyone like to help me via iChat or something.
-Is the Ethernet aspect the hassle. I don't know why it would be.
-I am not a tech know it all but I am also not a orangutan in a dress.

I know this won't go far, but the internet resources I am finding aren't helping.

Well it turns out THIS orangutan has a silicon thumb after all and apparently figured it out. Thanks for what I assume would have been an outpouring of accurate and graciously gifted assistance for your fellow artist in need.

Hey.. how did you get it to work?

I cant seem to get the 3000 to work with CS2+ but I can get it to work fine with AI10...
