    Default justified text question

any good suggestions on how to fully justify text without hyphens and without massive amounts of space between words?

There's no magic, if you have a narrow column width and don't want to hyphenate words, you're going to get weird spacing. You can try a wider column, that will lessen the need for hyphenation and allow you to adjust the tracking more subtly. Sometimes the trick is just to edit the copy -- i.e., use a smaller word that will fit on a line instead of a big one that has to be hyphenated.

    That would be step #2.
