photoshop mark up?

is there a built in way in Photoshop to mark up your comps? like - not the sticky notes thing

but like a way to circle something and say "this sticks to the bottom edge of the browser" or "this is #f7931e orange"

and have it be in it's own layer that you can turn off... and be prinatble?

someone should write a plugin for that. it would have like, little dragable note shapes and you click it to anchor the arrow somewhere... have a little drop shadow. it's be cute.

If you're sticking with PS, then do the layer mark up thing, put in a contact for you as well.

And make sure you label your folders super clear and simple, even color-code if you're working with dummies.
