    Default antivirus

    so I just got a new laptop PC, and need to purchase some anivirus/security software... Im not sure what is good or not, so GP for antivirus, what is the chronic?

    AVG is free and rules. There's your answer.

    Also, make sure you have Windows Defender installed and run Windows Update often.
