Corel Help Needed

I need to figure out how to get a spot color and rename so the color is now the color I have given it.

Example: The spot color is PMS 185 red and I want to still be the PMS 185 red but I want it to have the name CutContour.

I can do this in Illustrator real easy but I'm having no luck in Corel. I have to make this happen IN COREL.
