A little tip for Wacom users...

Wacom tablets take up alot of desk space when not in use, I have a 12" x 9" which is a desk hog and I used to put on the floor when not in use... so today I bought a cheap little easel for displaying junk on tables and I just pop it up on there when not in use... still on my desk,

Another Wacom tip...

I finally went to the trouble to adjust my wacom tablet so it roughly corresponds with my laptops widescreen monitor (it's an old wacom graphire with a "normal" aspect ratio). I had to sacrifice the top 3/4 of an inch of an already-small tablet, but it feels a hell of a lot better now. before up/down motions were faster than left/right motions. which, as you can imagine, is rather imprecise.

wacom prefs > mapping > tablet area > portion > i shaved a bit off the top

yeah, I would probably like a smaller one anyway... but I got a real good deal on this one used so I couldn't pass it up...
