PDF help

i'm sending a flat pdf (no layers or fonts) to someone to print and some of the text is erased on their end. looking to find out how i can fix this.

what application are you making the pdf from?

making it from photoshop. it's just a flat file, so no the fonts aren't embedded.

Can they print it out to a printer and see if it still is missing? Pdf's preview weirdly sometimes for no reason but they are actually fine.

or remake the pdf with different name, this solves weird stuff a lot of the time, for me at least.
