Good inexpensive laser printer?

We got a Brother HL-4040CN. A little more $$ but the color is very nice and the Toner seems cheaper than other brands.
Staples.com®. that was easy®.

i got one of these a few months ago and am really happy
Brother® HL-5240 Monochrome Laser Printer at Office Depot.

I have a Hp 3550.Full Color.Full color print on legal size paper in 15 seconds.16 additional copies 45 seconds later.Fairly acccurate translation from file to print.Paid a thousand a few years ago.Today I think its between $300 & $400 maybe less.Toner cartridges are expensive $480 per set if you buy HPs.Generic cartridges much less.NEVER have had a mechanical or software Issue in 3 years.Works great.
