When you make a paypal button there are 2 options. Add to Cart and Buy Now. One adds however many items to a cart. One lets you purchase a single item.

I'd try something like embed the flash movie in a table that is within another table that is sized to fill your space, and use valign=middle in it's td.
if that makes sense..
