    Default stupid frodoshop question

So, I have a pic of a woman with salt n' pepper hair with a busy background and my methods of removing her from the background while keeping some hair detail are failing.

Anyone have a link to some kinda kickass technique?

    thanx

I paint out a mask by hand. Takes time but worth it.

Me too - you could try a program called Knock Out - I think Corel makes it. I've heard that CS3 has something similar, but I don’t have that yet.

You'll need to dig into the channels and mask out in RGB space. No short response on the actual process - kinda pain in the ass like.
